Seth Kim-Cohen [Changing my Middle Name to Geronimo as Acknowledgment
of my Culpability in the Plight of the Native Americans]
2 April 2007, 10:00 am
State of Connecticut Court of Probate
200 Orange Street, New Haven, CT
In recognition of the benefits to which I am entitled as the son of European immigrants to the North American continent,
in acknowledgment of my implication in the genocide of the indigenous population, and as a gesture of contrition,
I legally change my middle name to Geronimo (from Stuart). *Note: at the same time, I also changed my last name from Cohen to Kim-Cohen, in recognition of the history and honor of my wife's family.
