A group of seven is wearing headphones, all connected to a single FM radio. Each person is assigned a particular type of sound (i.e., "male voices" or "static" or "stringed instruments"). Slowly, we scan the FM radio dial from left to right. When someone hears an example of their assigned sound, they imitate it using only their voice. The broadcast consists solely of the voices - and not the scanning of the radio. The radio listener is thereby treated, in real time, to the full FM radio spectrum in London (recreated by the voices of our group of seven) without having to touch the radio dial.
